Rambaan Kriya consists of specific easy-to-do yogic asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and dhyana (meditation).

This Kriya has been specially developed by Dr Gauri Joshi. It took over 10 years of rigourous research and testing to design this routine.

Rambaan Kriya comprises a short discourse by Dr Gauri Joshi, which helps people to adjust their mental attitude towards life and its uncertainties. This discourse also invigorates and encourages people to follow this Kriya more diligently and regularly.

Rambaan Kriya has shown positive results against a lot of illnesses.

Dr Gauri Joshi has been actively working in the arena of Stress Management and Total Health through Reiki / Yoga since 2009.

Since 2012, Dr Gauri Joshi has conducted countless Training and Introductory sessions in Pune.

Since Jan 2017 till date, Dr Gauri joshi has conducted 10 Reiki Training Courses for all levels in Bandra and Dadar in Mumbai.

Dr Gauri Joshi has been conducting Reiki Training Courses for all levels in various parts of India like Amalner( 2015, 2016, 2018,2019), Pachora( 2017,2018), Kalyan( 2017), Thane( 2019), Dapoli(2019), Amadabad, Bhopal etc as well internationally in Dubai( 2015).

Dr Gauri Joshi has been creating awareness regarding Stress management through Reiki, Yoga by conducting free Reiki / Yoga seminars in various corporate organisations, Rotary clubs( Roatry club Amalner in 2015, Roatry Club Westside Pune in 2010, Rotary club Akurdi Pune in 2019), Senior citizen’s clubs(Dombivli-Kalyan in 2017, Amamlner in 2019), residential societies( Pinnac Society Pune in 2017, Daffodil Avenue Pune in 2017 & 2019), Manufacturing sector(DIvgi Transformers in 2019), Educational institues ( NITTTR, Nursing College) all across Maharashtra as well for the people at large, again all across Maharashtra.

Dr Gauri Joshi was interviewed by Zee 24 Taas channel on 28 February 2019, the topic being “Become a Powerful healer”.

Recently conducted a stress management workshop for the Border Security Force jawans.

Case studies

  • Blood pressure gone

    While individual successes with Rambaan Kriya are countless, it is commendable to note some observations during her workshops. For instance, during a Pandharpur Wari, Dr Gauri checked the blood pressure of ten hypertension patients before conducting the Kriya. They were alarmingly high. After the exercise routine, it was found that all the patients’ blood pressure was normal. A similar experience took place in Mumbai at the Kala Nagar Hall. All hypertension patients’ BP was normal after the Kriya.

  • The Snorer’s story

    A large gentleman at the 3-day workshop at the Annabhau Sathe Hall, stood up on the second day and started relating his saga. He was a severe snorer, so much that his famil;y made him sleep in a seperate room st bedtime. Miraculously, after the very first day of Rambaan Kriya, his snoring had stopped completely and he was at peace with his family.
